Support csv files

Use case or problem

csv files are interlinked with tables and are genuine tables, they just make
use of comma or tab delimiters instead of pipes ( personally I prefer tabs and comma before pipes because easier to type and not a special char, but ok)

Proposed solution

Please support csv files to view, edit and rewrite csv files, like in deathau’s amazing csv plugin

Current workaround (optional)

There are working plug-ins to embed csv files but I don’t want to embed csv. csv files usually are self explanatory and need to be treated as self sufficient (table) files.
Additionally, available plug-ins seem not able to edit and rewrite csv files in obsidian

CSV-backed data table idea

Just had an idea I had to get out of my head while looking at my old Notion exports: A plugin to render tables based on CSV data. The general idea is simple, use normal Obsidian embedding syntax for a CSV file (![[mydata.csv]]) and in preview view, render the data in a HTML table. If at all possible, it would be good to be able to pass the CSV data through the Markdown parser as well, so cells can be formatted, contain internal links or even other embedded content!
