Supercharged links plugin starts only after opening settings page

First of all I have found the same problem only in a question on Reddit (unaswered): Supercharged links only starts after opening settings page

That consoled me a little…

Explanation

When I start Obsidian, the plugin does not work.

As soon as I enter the ‘Supercharged link’ settings, the plugin starts working again.

This is the first time this has happened to me with a plugin.

I really don’t know what to do or what to try… Suggestions?

I found among the open issues a problem with the ‘Automatically activate snippet’ option (at Automatically activate snippet not working)

The solution that worked in my case, taking my cue from the comments in the issue, was:

  1. deactivate the CSS snippet “supercharged-links-gen”
  2. close Obsidian
  3. open Obsidian
  4. activate the CSS snippet “supercharged-links-gen”.

This way, closing and reopening Obsidian automatically activates the plugin.
