External links sometimes breaks if there were files with duplicate names (e.g. when renaming folders). Keeping the notes atomic or using specific (long) titles might help but they are not suitable for everyone’s workflow.
Maybe we can introduce a special mark in the first line of every notes, which contains a special id for the note to be tracked. Also I saw many requesting showing the title instead of file name in the graph view. Maybe we can even let the user put the name to be shown in the special mark.
The mark is forced to be the first line of the note so that we don’t have to scan through the note.
