Steps to reproduce

See video demonstration below.

  1. Set multiple cursors
  2. Create multiple selections from these cursors (Shift+Left/Right, Shift+Opt+Left/Right)
  3. Try to style these selections with Cmd+i or Cmd+b

Expected result

Each individual selection is surrounded in * or **

Actual result

Each individual selection is replaced by a combination of all selections, surrounded in */**

  • Operating system: macOS 12.0.1
  • Obsidian version: v0.12.19
