Strange toggle imported from notion

I copied this toggle from notion and I don’t know how to replicate it, but it just works…
Anyone knows how did I do it? (my accent color is that red, so this means that if you manage to replicate it you would see that it has YOUR accent color).

This happens because you have “Fold indent” enabled in the Editor options.
To replicate your situation:

1. Create a list by typing - and pressing space, then type something
   

2. Press enter to go to the next line, this will create another list item
   

3. Press space to indent the second list item, then press backspace until the - symbol is gone
   

4. Insert an image by typing ![[ ]]
   

5. Switch to Live preview mode and you will be able to fold the indent
