I have this display of arrows above all my files, and I have no idea what it is, where it comes from and what to do.
Mouse-over shows “go to source” but when I click nothing happens with any of the arrows.
Any hints or ideas?
You could try disabling your Community plugins by turning On the restricted mode (first option you’ll find in Settings > Community plugins ) to see if they disappear

Edit: And/Or check in the Sandbox Vault if these also appear 
(You can open it from the Help menu or look for “sandbox” in the command palette)
