Steps to reproduce
- Open Obsidian app
- Go to Settings: Sync: Prevent device sleep.
- Toggle Prevent device sleep (i.e. from off to on).
- Close Obsidian app
- Reopen Obsidian app.
- Inspect state of Settings: Sync: Prevent device sleep. Note that that state of the setting is not retained after app restart.

No, unable to/unsure how to access Sync settings in a sandbox vault.
