Is your OneDrive folder set to always downloaded? It should be. If none of that helps, you might want to try backing up your workspace.json settings file(s) and then deleting them so they generate fresh files. (Back them up so if the test doesn’t solve anything you can put your old layout back.)

I had a similar problem. Try to disable virus scanning for specific OneDrive folders used in Wokspaces. This was the culprit of my slow startup. This is applicable to built in Windows antivirus and/or 3rd party. Once I have excluded specific folders from scanning the Obsidian starts like a🚀

This seems to be the problem, in fact. I disabled the antivirus as well, and the startup is now way faster! Thank you for your help.

Hint: disable AV protection only to your vault by adding exception to exclude specific directory.
