Is there a way to set Obsidian to open a specific page every time I start the program?

Currently, you can only make Obsidian open the daily note on startup. A current workaround is pinning the note that you want to open when you open Obsidian again before you quit the app. If there’s a note you always keep open, you could keep it pinned so it always opens with Obsidian.

If choosing a note to open on startup is a feature that you would like added to Obsidian, feel free to open a feature request :grinning:

Another possibility: save your preferred configuration as a workspace.
