Stacked tabs resets after closing Obsidian

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Obsidian
2. Toggle on stacked tabs (either clicking the arrow on the top right corner of the window and selecting the option, or using Ctrl+P and searching for Toggle Stacked Tabs option).
3. Stacked tabs will be turned on.
4. Close Obsidian.
5. Reopen Obsidian.
6. Tabs in normal mode (unstacked).

Stacked tabs should stay turned on even after restarting Obsidian.

Actual result

Stacked tabs resets to normal tabs when Obsidian is closed and restarted.

Additional information

I created a separate vault and tried this, stacked tabs stays on even after closing Obsidian. But in my main vault it doesn’t. One thing to note is my vault is stored in Google Drive and I access it directly from there. Could it be possible that the settings are not getting synced to the cloud?

I can’t reproduce. Either one of the plugins you are using is creating problems or for some reason google drive is interfering saving the workspace state on close.

A few weeks ago, someone on Discord mentioned the Homepage plugin was causing stacked tabs to reset on launch. Something to investigate.

You are right. I disabled the Homepage plugin. The issue seems to be fixed.
