Squares instead of words

I was writing a text, then switched to YouTube, my laptop froze. After rebooting into obsidian, I have squares instead of words. As far as I understand, my file was corrupted. Can this be fixed? I didn’t make backups

Hopefully you can recover the note using Obsidian’s File Recovery:

Remember to start typing the note name in the text field for suggestions to start showing up.

Thanks a lot! I’m very glad that I was able to recover my data. I wrote a lot, and wrote for more than a month. And I was very worried that I couldn’t restore them, but thanks to your help, I restored them. Thank you very much again. And of course I will make a backup so that this does not happen again.
