Steps to reproduce
Partially bolding or italicizing a word such as:
swimming
swimming
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]
Yes followed the steps as above. I am new to Obsidian so i don’t have any themes, community plugins, or any optional features turned on.
Expected result
Words with bolded letters (i.e. marking the letters that are part of an acronym) should be spellchecked as though the * markdown characters are not present.
Actual result
Spellcheck marks either the entire word, or part of the word as misspelled.

Additional information
This is supported in apps such as Pages, so I would like support for it in Obsidian as well, although I recognize this is a very niche use case and is easily ignored.
