Spellcheck dictionary be an editable note

Use case or problem

Right now the spellcheck dictionary is in a separate folder/area than the meat of your notes in your vault. On Windows for example it’s C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obsidian\Custom Dictionary.txt.

Proposed solution

I am suggesting that Custom Dictionary.txt should have a setting to override the default location and be a note in the users vault. This way Obsidian Sync customers would be able to sync their custom dictionaries instead of dealing with the red line or manually adding all their words on every device.

This is such a great idea. This also allows for unique dictionaries per vault.

I’ll third the motion. This is a great idea! It’d sure make life easier.

I’d really like to see something like this. Right now trying to hack around with the user spelling dictionary is a total pain!

This has been requested multiple times across multiple threads. I wonder what it would take to make this reality. It is really a pain.
