Spell checker doesn't highlight any misspelled words in any language - AppImage, Ubuntu 25.04

Again, the spellchecker doesn’t highlight any misspelled words.

Changing languages or toggling the Spellcheck setting as suggested in this closed thread didn’t help.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the sandbox vault
2. Edit the text with obvious misspellings

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide?

Opened the Sandbox vault.

Expected result

Red squiggles under misspelled words.

Spellchecking did work with the same AppImage on Fedora 38.

The dictionary is downloaded on first use. Is the app network access blocked?

Two issues once the dictionary was downloaded (apparently from a URL redirected by redirector.gvt1.com or from raw.githubusercontent.com):

1. Some words used in the Sandbox vault should ship in the user dictionary: macOS, backlinks
2. The numbered lists show all 1s:
