As one can see, for every syntax with $$ the outline is working except for the case
where $$ is in the same line as text and there is a break after. And not only outline is
not working but links are also not getting updated.
It took me long to find this error and especially in big faults this could make files just
disappear and information get lost because links are not updated and the file
therefore is not properly integrated into the fault anymore.
