Sort applies globally and other Directories in the left side bar have their sub-directories and sub-files incorrectly sort Z to A, rather than A to Z

I believe the Change sort order setting is a global setting for files in all folders.

I would like to be able to drag/drop files in the file explorer into a custom sort that can be toggled on/off along with other sort options.
