Point of feedback for the team in general: it would be wonderful to have a status page, something like https://status.obsidian.md, to communicate on issues like this in the future.

There’s another post that is talking about a CORS error – it appears that the login is failing due to a missing Access-Control-Allow-Origin Header in the response. I just looked in the debugger in Chrome, and I am getting the same error during login failures.
Fwiw, the CORS request is probably the first request that is being sent by the client-side code. When that one fails (because the server is down) it will show as a “CORS error”, but it’s most likely just a symptom of the service being down.
I was thinking maybe they’d recently migrated to Cloudflare, and hadn’t fully set things up there – I had a problem with CORS on Cloudflare at one point – How to configure CORS of "Access-Control-Allow-Origin" Using Cloudflare? - Stack Overflow talks about it a bit.
I am having the same problem too.
I did’nt know if there was something my side, but seams it is not the case.
Does anyone know if there is an official channel to contact the services?
For the price, it seems unprofessional to not have any information for users, which is a shame because Obsidian as a product is at a cutting-edge level.

It work’s. I can connect to my vaults
one PC has synchronized successfully (win 11); The main computer (win 7) gives this error message;
password was successfully verified
solved - without me knowing the reason. I just tried twice more and then it started syncing. Thank you, obsidian/sync team for your help!!
