I got a commercial license for Obsidian. The pricing page says that includes ‘priority support’. Last week (8 days ago) I emailed Obsidian Support. So far I haven’t heard back.
It’s not a huge problem since the team is probably super busy.
But if I don’t hear back, I don’t know what’s wrong. Perhaps:
- My email never arrived,
- It is ignored for good reason (not useful for instance),
- The answer email never arrived,
- I used the wrong email address,
- The email I send missed key information,
- Support doesn’t use email at all but a chat app (for instance),

Yes, that’s the email address I used! I just send the email to that address again to give it another try.
I went through the email and found it–it somehow got marked as archived and fell through the cracks
