[SOLVED] How to get help from support?

I got a commercial license for Obsidian. The pricing page says that includes ‘priority support’. Last week (8 days ago) I emailed Obsidian Support. So far I haven’t heard back.

It’s not a huge problem since the team is probably super busy.

But if I don’t hear back, I don’t know what’s wrong. Perhaps:

  • My email never arrived,
  • It is ignored for good reason (not useful for instance),
  • The answer email never arrived,
  • I used the wrong email address,
  • The email I send missed key information,
  • Support doesn’t use email at all but a chat app (for instance),
  • etcetera.

Yes, that’s the email address I used! I just send the email to that address again to give it another try.

I went through the email and found it–it somehow got marked as archived and fell through the cracks :frowning:
