Small improvement: dragging file to the blank moves it to root directly

Use case or problem

Well, in the Files sidebar, if I wanna move file to the vault root, I have to drag it to the vault name. Dragging to the blank area shows a prohibited icon.

Proposed solution

Simply add this feature. Really appreciated.
