What I’m Trying to Do
I’m aiming to improve Obsidian’s startup time on my Windows 11 system. Currently, the application takes approximately 14 seconds to launch, which hampers my workflow.
Things I have tried
To address this issue, I’ve undertaken the following steps:
- Disabled the Workspace Core Plugin: Hoping to streamline the startup process.
- Closed All Open Tabs: Ensured no unnecessary tabs are active upon startup.Obsidian Forum+2Obsidian Forum+2GitHub+2
- Closed Right Sidebar Tabs: Minimized potential load from sidebar elements.
- Searched Through Forum Posts: Reviewed related discussions to find potential solutions.
Despite these efforts, the startup time remains unchanged.
