Slow scrolling when there are large SVGs in the note

Steps to reproduce

Create a new note, paste the following file:

image.zip (748.2 KB)

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Sandbox has the same issue

Expected result

Scrolling should be smooth.

Actual result

Slow scrolling, FPS drop

Okay the file to paste is not the zip file, its the svg inside.

If I include a note that has the svg into a canvas, it slows the entire canvas down while the note is in view, even if the image inside the note is not visible in the canvas.
