Steps to reproduce
- Open a vault (sandbox will do for reproducing this bug)
- Add a couple tabs
- Grab one of the tabs from the top bar and drag it out so it becomes its own new window
- That new window does not get any sidebars.
Problem: You can’t access formatting, toolbars, or anything in these new windows.
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Yes & reproducible in sandbox mode
Expected result
All windows should have the integral sidebars.
Actual result
Any new windows beyond the original application window don’t get sidebars so you can’t access anything like toolbars, formatting plugins, settings, etc. If you have multiple windows open, you have to manually scan through all of them to find the original window that has the sidebar.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Fix so toolbars can be accessed in all windows. Lots of important stuff lives in sidebars and it has to be available.
This bug is a huge productivity killer. I can’t do formatting of tables, or lots of stuff that requires interaction with the sidebars.
