Side panel incorrectly opens when opening a note via property search

Steps to reproduce

1. Close the right-hand side panel
2. Search for a note using the [property] search option
3. Mouse middle click to open any note in the search results
4. Please see the included gif/video for evidence

The note opens in a regular tab with the side panel remaining closed

Actual result

The note opens in a regular tab BUT the side panel opens
