'Show hidden' not working on Obsidian Publish

The ‘Show hidden’ folders setting stopped showing the hidden folders

  • macOS 15.5
  • Obsidian 1.8.10 (Installer 1.8.4)

I have many hidden folders, and none of them are being made visible when checking the box. I’m not sure when this started happening because it’s been a while since the last time I did something related to my hidden folders.

I have already restarted Obsidian and the computer, and that didn’t fix it.

The problem is even worse on Android. As illustrated by the GIF below, there’s no way to expand the folders.

I can’t reproduce this.
Does this happen with default theme and restart obsidian?
Does this happen with restricted mode on and restart obsidian?
