Quite often, I need to convert my .md notes to .docx. Our company has a repository of its own that has a standard of using .docx documents, rather than .md.
I’d like to be able to see my converted documents in the same folder in the Obsidian file explorer, rather than having to open a separate Windows file explorer.
It seems to me that allowing users to select an option of “show file extension” would allow users to see documents that have the same name ex the file extension. Or allow the use of icons next to the name to allow users to distinguish between files with the same name, but different extensions.
