Steps to reproduce
Open options → core plugins
activate “Unique note creator” or “Random note”
the Shortcut-Icon will not appear, although there are commands that are connected to these plugins.
I know that it is possible to do this also via shortcuts directly, but the Shortcut-Icon is nice and as it’s only not working for these 2 plugins, I assume that’s not what was intended.
