Shift+Enter no longer create soft line breaks between unordered lists

I’ve noticed that Shift+Enter no longer creates soft line breaks between list items. Here’s how it appears in a sandbox vault:

My bad: it is for a different usecase (checkbox instead of bulletpoint).
