Settings → General. Does not show an Enable Command line interface

I seem to have what some mentioned as well: running a CLI command just opens the gui and does not even execute any of the commands.
Plus, no “enable command line interface” option in the settings

It was introduced in version 1.12.0, which right now is in early access, available to users with a catalyst license.

Are you currently on 1.12.0 or higher?

If you are, then the CLI setting should be at the bottom of Settings > General:
