Setting the language is applied to all vaults

Steps to reproduce

In an open vault select settings/about and change the language.
Click on Relaunch
Open another vault

Expected result

The vault newly opened should open in the language it was last saved.

Actual result

The vault is opened in the language most recently set in another vault. This makes keeping vaults in different languages rather tedious. The language setting should be local to each vault.

Environment

  • Operating system: Ubuntu Linux 20.04.3 LTS
  • Obsidian version: v0.12.19
