Set Title as First Row and viceversa

What I’m trying to do

Hello,
I Want That my Notes title and first raw to be the same in every note I have in my vault.
Like this

Main Issue is the fact that I want it to be in sync, so that if i change the title it will change the first row, and if i change the row content, it will change the title.

What I Tried

I installed templater ant tried to get something like this, but with no usable result for now.

What I Ask

Any suggestion about how to get a similar result?

I didn’t try but maybe this will work. I have my own plugin which does the same but there are already one in Community Plugins Section.
