In the graph view, separating out clusters that do not have any links among them would make the visualization much clearer.
As an example, I’ve created two links:
File 1 --> File 2
File 3 --> File 4
And the graph view shows:
So unless I look closely, this appears like all four are interrelated files.
Having them be separate clusters would be much better.
