Is there a setting separate scrolling for linked panes? Dendron happens to have a preview mode where the scrolling is separate from scrolling through the source code. I happen to prefer this since having two documents moving at the same time is distracting.
Use one of the “split” commands to open the same note in another pane with its own scrolling.
(If you have panes that are already linked, I believe there’s an “unlink” command.)
Thank you! But is there a way to keep them linked AND have separate scrolling? Since I want to keep both panes on the same note.
I’m sorry, I thought the scrolling was the only feature of linking. I see now that the panes follow each other’s navigation (can you tell I don’t use linked panes?).
I don’t think there’s a way to turn off the linked scrolling. Possibly someone could write a plugin?
