Separate place for links to excluded files in "Backlinks" and "Outgoing links"

Use case or problem

Links to excluded files are showing together with links to the rest files in “Backlinks” and “Outgoing links”. It may become messy when you use excluding as archiving method and archives are big.

Proposed solution

I propose two different solutions:

  1. Make another pair of drop-down lists for excluded files (linked and unlinked mentions)
  2. Make a button, that hides excluded files (similar to propose №2 in this topic)
