Select simultaneously multiple notes in a folder

Do any of you know how you can simultaneously select multiple notes in a folder and then drag them out of it?

What I’m trying to do

To select multiple notes, click one note, and then alt-click other notes.

Or select one, and shift-select another to select a range of notes.

To drag a note or multiple notes out of a folder, into the root of your vault, you must drag the note to the title of your vault, at the top of the file explorer. You can’t just drag it into empty space.
