Search through settings dialog

Upon entering Settings, it would be great to have a search box that is already in focus.
Typing text would narrow down the visible Settings sections. Optionally, it could also show Settings sections that have those words within them. (IntelliJ/WebStorm products do this.)

Similar to Keyboard navigation and searching in 'Settings'.
