Search still cannot properly handle AND relationships

I cannot make this work as an AND operator. If I leave a space , like “Haya Stewart” (no quotes obviously), I still get notes with Haya OR Stewart

This is a discussion post on searching that I found on the forum, where the issue of AND mentioned still exists to this day.
