Search result counter broken in 1.4.5

2. The counter says 2 results (or whatever it is in English)

Actual result

2. The counter says 4 results

Additional information

When searching using file: the counter seem to show twice as much as it should. In other cases I can’t see a pattern. When searching for start I count 13 results in 7 files but the counter shows 15:

One addition, as I can no longer edit the report:

I don’t think it makes sense that file: results can be expanded now. The result is in the file name, not in the file itself, so the detail view is empty (see first screenshot in the bug report).
