Search is slower in Obsidian 1.9.10 / Electron 37

So we believe there are two separate problems. One specifically related to search, which will be fixed 1.9.12. Another is related to gpu acceleration on mac. I am going to split this thread.

Obsidian 1.9.10+ is slower / lags / choppy - Electron 37

We got a few reports that Obsidian 1.9.10+ with installer 1.9.10 is slower / lags. We are monitoring this issue. We believe there is certainty something on MacOS caused by the electron update and perhaps related to GPU acceleration. If you encounter this bug, it would be helpful to know when exactly it happens and if it in the sandbox vault. Does disabling hardware acceleration help? Also, please provides us the output of “show debug info” and your computer specs. Thanks.
