What I’m trying to do
I want to make a search for exact phrase with quotes. But it seems that it works only for two or more words not for one word
Example I search “Tour” and receive Touroperater, Tourisme etc.
Just to double check: Are you searching "Tour" or Tour? You said “with quotes”, but I only get results like you mention if I don’t have quotes.
How specifically are you searching? Are you using the core search pane? Do you have any community search plugins installed?

Try: match-case:/"Tour"/. 
Thank you I tried Tour, “Tour” ,/“Tour”/, Tour? and "Tour " the results show alays for example “Tourte” or “Tourisme”.

Your pic looks like it’s (maybe?) from the Quick Switcher ++ plugin, not Obsidian’s Search tab. I think everyone was assuming you were using the default Search tab.
Also, you can drag images directly into the forum here. You don’t need to zip them.

I have installed Omnisearch 1.18.0 Quick Switcher is not installed.
I suggest you raise the issue at scambier/obsidian-omnisearch: A search engine that “just works” for Obsidian. Supports OCR and PDF indexing. (github.com).
