Steps to reproduce

1. Write RTL text in Search Current File textbox.
2. The number of results interferes with RTL text.

Expected result

The number-of-results indicator area should not interfere with RTL text. Alternatively, only the search textbox layout could be flipped when RTL text is entered, similar to when Right-to-left is activated in the Editor preferences, as shown in the image below:

The number of results interferes with RTL text.
