Scroll To Zoom For PDFs In External Windows

When I open a PDF in a new window, I am not able to use “CTRL + scroll” to zoom in and out. Please fix! :heavy_heart_exclamation:

Hello, I’ve gotten no response and it has almost been a month since I’ve posted this. I still encounter this problem when opening PDFs in a new window even after all the updates of last month.
