- I have chunks of great text in Obsidian.
- The chunk can be a atomic note, a block, a header, or a entire note with highlights.
- Those great chunks are identified by inline internal links or tags and also by properties (yaml frontmatter); am not averse to using inline fields.
- I would like to review those great chunks in a rotating manner preferably by a metadata theme (today that would be “protease”). This is a key activity in my KM process; review.
- Wouldn’t it be cool to take core search results and present them this way?
- I DO NOT want to copy chunks to another app or internally to another note in Obsidian.
- I DO NOT want to use an external app (anki, et. al. )
- I DO NOT want a prompt or question and answer - just want to flash a rotating set of chunks in front of my eyes for review (this is my flavor of spaced repetition). A brief simple visual mental queue.
- Is there such a plugin or method - I’ve filtered community plugins by rotate, rotating, spaced repetition, card and flashcard. All of them seem overly complex or involve a external app or require copying content. An observation, most of them are not property ready.
- How can I rotate for review selected great chunks of text in obsidian? Do I really have to create the plugin to do this? This seems like such a simple ask …

The core Plugin Slides does an admirable job - I can put transcluded links into the setup note and it works great.
I create Slides setup notes by topic and toss the links I wanna peruse. This is the closest solution yet. Much less friction.
Now, how to automate the slide show with a timing variable.
