Ribbon menu "Manage" order can become incorrect

Steps to reproduce

Discord user ProudBenzene discovered this.

If you open the Ribbon menu “Manage” window, to reorder ribbon buttons, they can get out of sync in certain conditions.

If you hide the first one, and then reorder the remaining ones, it seems to immediately break the order. (That may not be the only breaking condition. Just the reliable one I discovered so far.)

Environment

  • Operating system: MacOS
  • Debug info: v1.1.9 and v1.1.12 were tested in the Sandbox vault
