Replace URL with local image?

• Used Plugin: Quiet Outline

I’m trying to replace the URL with a local file.
However it messes up visualization like shown in the pictures.

Something like this is in my mind right now:

I think you need the full path of the file, url-encoded or wrapped in angle brackets, with file:// at the beginning.
