Reorder headings with Mouse drag and drop

Add the possibility to rearrange via drag and drop headings in the editor.

Note that this is already possible using the Outline tab.

I would love to be able to rearrange lines within a note using an easy drag and drop similar to the way it works in one note. It would be especially nice if this feature included the ability to adjust the indentation, promoting and demoting single elements and selections of multiple elements within the hierarchy. I’m currently using Quiet outline plugin to rearrange headings and it’s being really useful on mobile. Haven’t tested on desktop.
