Renewing Subscription?

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to check on my payment for my subscription which I attempted to renew on Saturday (11/8/2025) but have received no information regarding the payment. It doesn’t look like it has been renewed when I check my subscription information.

I entered credit card information and was taken to Link. I don’t want to subscribe to Link services though I did attempt to follow through on that. It looked like Link wanted a bunch more information than just processing my credit card. It was pretty simple when I renewed in 2024.

Things I have tried

I have attempted to use the “email” tab but I am not given a valid email address. A list of browsers just pop up. Clicking on any of those don’t work either.

What subscription are you referring to? What email tab?

You can reach support at [email protected]. Make sure you give them enough information, like what service you’re trying to renew, etc.

Thank you, I will send an email to that address. I was attempting to renew through my account on Obsidian website which I had done last year. This was for my Sync subscription.

I’m just setting up my Sync subscription. The Link fields are marked as optional on my side and I can complete the checkout without filling those fields in.

I am confused what this Link is that both of you refer.

Possibly Stripe Link payment?
