Steps to reproduce
- I have a few Obsidian notes Opened in different Desktops(MacOS):
- a canvas note
- an excalidraw note
- the main window and other markdown notes window
- Typing in the main window on a regular markdown note.
- The main window turned black and there is a “Obsidian Helper (Renderer)” reported in console.app
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]
Didn’t try in sandbox vault, but under any circumstances, the render process should never crash itself.

Obsidian runs normal
