Rename from Files core plugin will hide characters if the name is too long

Steps to reproduce

Using Obsidian 1.6.7, with a newly created vault with no themes, snippets, or community plugins (restricted mode). Rename a file to something really long until the ellipsis starts appearing, which newly typed characters would be hidden but would scroll the name to the right. Confirm the new name will display from right to left (which in this case, empty characters and the last few visible characters from the left if the name isn’t too long).

Similar bug happen when you try to rename a really long name, which would hide the characters after ellipsis, making renaming in the Files core plugin unreliable.
