Remove filename & add link to file to another column

What I’m trying to do

I have a simple table to reference meetings. I’m looking to delete the file name, which I’ve been able to figure out. However, I’d still like to keep a link to the note. Was looking to add it to one of the other columns. I have a summary column, date and participants. Either the summary or the date column would be fine for a link.
