New to the Obsidian, wondering if there is a way to move heading and refile to any file like in org-mode.

From my skim of the article, the closest thing I know of is the Note Composer core plugin. That lets you move text to another file, but not to a specific place inside the file (it appends to the end). There’s a fancier community plugin called Note Refactor, but that can’t file under a heading either.
You can also embed a block in another note, but that’s transclusion, not copying.
I think this plugin does what you’re looking for. You can select text and push it to another file, and select where in the file it should go.
